At Lion’s Mane, we work hard to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Provide photo or video proof of the issue
We will issue a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item
Please note: Orders that have been delivered successfully and are free of defects are final sale and non-refundable.
